The whole cruise experience was very fun. Michele made everything work perfectly. From the beginning she made sure we had all the paperwork and details we needed. The excursions were great. Our favorite was the whale watching at Juneau. She booked us an off ship tour with a charter company that was with a smaller boat and a very knowledgeable crew. It was very nice to come back to the cabin and find cookies or on board credit vouchers waiting for us. And Michele also provided free luggage tags that came in pretty handy. The Kreimeyer family consisted of myself, my son and his wife. None of us had been on a cruise or to Alaska. It was a wonderful trip and we’d do it again. Thank you Michele.
